An easy way to begin understanding your students is through a student survey. In the first few weeks of school distribute a student survey. In the end, you’ll develop a deeper knowledge of your students regarding their learning styles, interests, time commitments, challenges, attitude, and much more. Moreover, change your pedagogy based on the results, resulting in increased student learning. Shape your instruction in order to meet the learning styles of the class. Additionally, modify your curriculum to hook students, making the curriculum more relevant to their interests and lives.
