I am going to be a new teacher this fall and I was the person during my student teaching who would stay till round 7pm some nights, only to go straight home and work some more! Time management is a huge challenge for me, but I'm determined to be more organized and to also have time to decompress and be with friends, and hobbies or walking and exercising.
